Cursor acting weird upon computer turn-on
About 2-3 times a month, when I turn my computer on, upon moving my mouse, the cursor refuses to move. The only thing that fixes this problem is unplugging/plugging the usb cord. (It's a wired mouse).
It doesn't matter which mouse I use. This one is brand new in fact and its happened to previous mice as well.
How can I troubleshoot? Could there be something going on with the USB port? This has been happening for about 2 years now.
