    is here possible to recover old files from broken HDD to new HDD?

    it is possible--but a solution depends on exactly what you mean by 'broken' and 'don't work anymore'.

    could you be more clear about this--broken means? dropped, smashed, hit by electrical surge, won't boot computer, etc.
