Bluetooth software on Dell Insiron XPS 15z

I bought a Dell Insiron XPS 15z laptop which has blutooth hardware but does not have any software to run this hardware?

    Can you suggest?

It should have come pre-installed, and it should also be on the driver and software disc you were given. If not, just go to Dell's website, under support, and search for drivers by your service code (on the bottom of the laptop). You'll find the appropriate Bluetooth software.

Thanks DeaconFrost. In the device manager, it states that there is bluetooth and no yellow triangles. I downloaded and installed all the wireless drivers, from the Dell website. No bluetooth icon! I checked the preferences for what icons appear in the taskbar and I set tbluetooth to show icon and notification" then I checked all the bluetooth services, all were running. No bluetooth icon in the notification area, must be a hardware issue. I tried Dell online tech support, the website told me that their records show that my laptop was purchased outside of the US so no tech support for me. GRRRR!!!

I do have a warrantee so I'll take it back to the vendor and see what they say. If they tell me that they will take it to the Dell workshop where they will try to fix it. I'll say no thanks, in this country if you have a small problem and you send a device to the repair people, it'll come back with a bigger problem. I can live with no bluetooth

    How embarassing!

Yesterday I went to the computer store where I bought this laptop and told them about the problem. The tech guy simply clicked control panel>devices and printers> right clixked on the computer icon>clicked on the bluetooth icon and enabled the icon in the taskbar That simple!

    Blutooth worked perfectly
