I've got to head out. Perhaps you could observe/test the system w/o the fan for a while and report back later whether you see any permanent improvement.

So, still using the workaround. However I connected the big fan again, but I turned the back and the top fan (the big one) down to low rpm while keeping the frontal fan's on high. The computer have been starting 100% of the times ever since and it's been a week.

Interesting. So, can you determine any cause and effect? Like if you turn the big fan up to high again does the problem return?
