Can you be more specific as to what you mean when you say "reset the PC"? There are a number of different methods for resetting a PC, and even some different meanings behind the phrase.
I have noticed it since i am using the PC.
I did not use it before because i have a new PC that
Actually it is in assistance due to a downgrade Bios
Problem.
Right now i switched off the PC with the Start/Shutdown.
Before it switched off it Made about 125 Windows updates
Then it turned off.
I waited a copule of seconds the re switched On
Again ad got again the NVRAM error.

I have re-read your first post. Is the only "error" you see is that it is "Checking NVRAM"? that may not be an error but a normal part of the POST for that board. I looked throught the manual but I found nothing about it though.

It may be a good idea to use 4 matching sticks of DDR2 2GB memory too.

Just a though. Make sure all those USB readers are not plugged in. I would have nothing plugged in to the computer that wasn't necessary.

go to device manager and disable all of those card readers. Do not delete them. Simply disable

WIN | type DEVMGMT.MSC | ENTER
will get you int the device manager. Expand the appropriate section |
rt-clk on one of your readers |
choose Disable |
when finished with all readers then:
answer any Yes/No prompts asking if you really want to disable with YES

REBOOT!

Yes.

Disable these devices.

When you right-click on the device there will be an option to Disable.
Click on Disable.
