    Partition Extension problem

Something went wrong with my plan of dividing HDD space in two partitions so I could install Windows XP and Windows 7, so the large partition is now used for Win XP instead of Win 7.

    Partition C = Windows 7
    Partition D = Windows XP

Now I did a partition shrink for D but i can't extend unallocated space to C. Extend volume option is disabled for C and is possible for D only.

-How can I extend volume C?

Windows Disk Management cannot extend a partition to the left, only to the right. You will need Bootable Partition Wizard to extend the C partition. It is highly recomended here and will do a good job for you.
