ipod and phone usb working but input device drivers not installing

mobo biostar ta990fxe
cpu amd phenom 965
os Windows 7 home
12gb ram

when i plug my ipod in its drivers install just fine yet when i plug in mouse , xbox controller and thumb drive it says failed to install device drivers code 43. ive taken out the cmos batery and unpluged the power and the devices all work on my laptop so there not all bad. mouse im trying to get working is a tt azoures
