Let us know the soluto boot timing report. Post a screenshot of that one.

And you can disable all those from startup. A program is not starting up with windows does not mean that you will not be able to use those at will , and whenever needed.

Post the soluto screenshot, alongwith a screenshot of MSCONFIG window startup tab selected.

Hi,
My name is Riyaz and I work for the Social Media and Community Team at Dell.

Please boot the system in safe mode and observe if it boots faster. If it does than its one the programs which are important to you that is causing this to happen.

Any odds on the AV clashing with something?

What Anti-Virus are you running?
What other Anti-Virus has EVER been installed on this machine since the last reformat/reinstall?
Have you always kept the Anti-Virus up-to-date?
When was the last time you did a full system scan?

What exacly do you want me to print screen on soluto? Coz when it finshed the booting it brought me to a site with "Apps,Backround Apps,Frustrations,Internet,Protection and Hardware".

Immediately uninstall AVAST. You have the best installed, MSE.

More is not merrier, but rather the two interfere with each other and compete for time slices and slow down your system.
