Hi ykisana,
I feel that problem seems to be with the memory itself as you said when trying to run the memory diags system has frozen and it shutdown without completing . Will suggest you to try using single memory stick and check if that helps you as well.
Thanks

I did memtest once again. With both sticks, and it passed the test.

Hi ykisana,
Thank you for your updates.
Just want some more information regards to the freezing part. As you mentioned previously that while running the clean installation it freezes but somehow you managed to install the os. Now I want to check if the issue happens on any applications or it certainly happens while on internet .
Could you please try run the system in safemode with networking and check if the system still freezes.
As we have narrowed down all the hardware components , I would suspect either the CPU fan causing the problem or some issue with the mother board functionality as well.

Thanks

No certain applications cause it to freeze. I did everything above... also, it sometimes freezes during "starting windows."

In that case it looks like it is either your power supply, motherboard, or CPU as the primary suspects in that order.
I suspect the power supply. Can you borrow one to test with?

I replaced my power supply 2 days ago. I got the Corsair 500w. And it still freezes.

Would I be able to scan my motherboard or CPU for errors/check if they are defective? With some sort of software?

Unfortunately, none that I have used or could recommend.

I have heard people mention SiSoftware's SANDRA. But you would need to research that tool yourself. It is paid software but I think there is an evaluation period.
Sorry.
