Annoying notification always show and then hide every minute

Hi , i am joko from indonesia , i have problem with my windows 7 64bit. The ploblem is started from 3 days ago . I have searching in google in many keyword but no solution , because i don't know the name of the problem . I also attached the capture of the problem. Please if some one have some problem and solved , may give me some advice. thanks lot. When i am work in application e.g. dreamweaver or internet explrer , always out screen , and i must click my app again .

Note: the icon seem like ( scane and camera ) .

I suggest not to take screenshot for icon only, better take the pop up window that show up on your screen. We cannot guess for the exact error of what you have encounter.

By the way, when you restart your pc did you try it on a Safe Mode? It can fix your system.

Inform us if it still comes out.
