Dazzle DVC 100 Only Works in VirtualDub?

Hi everybody,

I have a Dazzle DVC 100 capture card that came with Pinnacle Studio 12. Recently, I've stopped using Studio 12 because I really didn't like it, so I switched to VirtualDub to capture and it works great! The only problem, that's the only software that will take the Dazzle now.

When I'm going to capture something, I pull up VirtualDub and everything works great. However, when I go to use Pinnacle Studio, XSplit Broadcaster, Adobe Flash Media Encoder etc. with the device, I get a message saying to check if the device is plugged in and/or not being used by other software. Keep in mind, VirtualDub isn't running when I'm doing this.

I've run out of options! I've reinstalled the Dazzle drivers and even uninstalled VirtualDub, it still didn't work. When I reinstalled VirtualDub after uninstalling, the device still worked for that particular software.

Please help, what do I do?

Thanks in advance!
