Windows 7 x64 returns to old computer config. after BIOS update

Dear all,

After I successfully updated my ASUS Rampage III Extreme BIOS (from the BIOS), I got booted into an older configuration of Windows 7.

I lost all my new files, and everything went back to what looks like an old restore point.
I have attached some photo's from the BIOS. I am not much of a computing expert to decode what the some of the BIOS configs mean, but I guess they look alright..?

I also have a screenshot from Disk Management.

BTW: I also run my 2 Intel X-25M's SSDs in a RAID1 (Mirror)

Problem SOLVED!

All I had to do was to change a setting in the BIOS where the drives would be [RAID] not [IDE]

Windows Update returns errors
Almost every time I've done a Windows Update check I get an error - either the windows servers aren't in the firewall exclusions or the time isn't syncronised between my PC and the update servers. Or something equally unintelligible! Anybody had similar or other results?
