| | I do defrag and chkdsk every now and again but its no different, I do believe that it has to do with bad sectors and these high temperatures (49c of working HD) and probably some sort of virus that is effecting my computer's performance in general (problem with HD movies). |

| | 49C is not a high temp. And if you suspect a virus, make a scan with SuperAntiSpyware. |
