win 7 rc my mouse won"t work after restart

i have an usb mouse ( a no name one) and after reboot won"t work . if i reconnnect the mouse he work fine . i deactivate from power management the "allow the computer to turn off this decvice to save power " option but the problemis the same. any ideas?

64-bit Windows 8.1 Pro

Navigate to the Device Driver page and be sure that the appropriate USB drivers are installed.... Make sure that there are no yellow triangles ...

my mouse is a pnp one and he dosen""t have any drivers . in the device manager everything is ok

Windows 7 x86/x64, Server 2008r2, Web Server 2008

Correction even though the mouse is plug and play it still uses drivers.
It may take advantage of the Win7 driver set, or install drivers upon install.
If you connected it to a new pc that its never been plugged into before It would pop up installing new device.

i use the same mouse to another pc with win xp sp2 and the mouse work fine without a driver , i guess it use a generic usb mouse driver
