Gigabyte H77-D3H motherboard problem w/ video drivers

I'll try to keep it short:

I'm was/am building this new rig:

Gigabyte H77-D3H motherboard.
i5 - 2500k
16gb g.skill ddr3-1600 pc3-12800 4gbX4
Sapphire HD 6950 2gb

First I tried to install Ultimate 7 64. Copying the files and configuring the drives was OK but when the actual installation was beginning (when loading the UI) its crashing (restarting).

It seemed like the problem is with the video card but it's working OK on my old rig.

Then I switched to the built-in video and instillation completed fine but when I tried to install the video driver for the 'Intel HD 3000' the problem returns (restarting when trying to load UI). Same with the 6950.

Also flashed the motherboard to the last version (F8).

Maybe its some bios configurations but I don't have a deep understanding of the manner.

Thanks
