Windows 7: HDD is absent??

HDD is absent??

OK! I have 2 X 500GB HDD completly new as is everythign in the system. The second HDD doesnt show up in Windows 7 inc. Disk Man... BUT it does show up in Device Man, BIOS settings and it did show up when steeing up windows 7.

?

It might help the troubleshooters here if you gave more information:

Two 500 GB Hitachis ain't enuf info...

Is there a Master/Slave relationship?

What's "steeing" up

?

Starting up*

I found some other advice on this forum HDD is Missing.

Sorry I should have done that first...

Just needed to partition the HDD (used Acronis Disk Director Server)
