Windows 7: Ideazon Zboard

I found an old Ideazon Zboard and plugged it into the back of my machine into the PS/2 port since that's the input it uses. I'm getting no response from it, not even the lights will come on.
After Googling, some people using Vista had problems, a lot of talk about no drivers existing for Vista. Also going into "Device Manager" the board doesn't display.
The model number is "Zboard PS/2 001" without quotations. So do any drivers exist for Windows 7 by any chance?
