RAM upgrade

Hello everyone.
Recently I have been facing a lot of BSOD problems. Yesterday I removed two sticks of my memory which you can see at me system specs (Corsair 4x2 GB XMS3 DDR3 CMX4GX3M2A1600C9) because they were an upgrade and the they had a different ver. number than the two original ones. So far so good. No BSODs.
I am thinking of buying a set of 2x4 gb vengeance low profile modules (due to the cpu cooler). My question is which color (they offer blue, black and white I think), if they will work with my M/B and if lower voltage memory (I think white ones are 1.35V) are better than 1.5V?
Any help will be appreciated.

For sure these are not listed. Although it says that they test some models and that it is impossible to test all because they are too many (fair enough). Further more these modules are newer than my mobo.
What is your opinion?
Should I go for it?
And if yes which color?

If I can give my 2cents, I personally have the low profile vengance memory dims installed,the white ones, they run great,low heat,easy to fit under any cpu cooler and depending on your config the colors are great personally if I was you,I'd go for the white,seeing as your board is light blue with spots of white,I think it will look epic. I used them and I will buy them over and over again.

I am pretty much convinced. It's the white ones.
I mostly play bf3 which is the most intensive job that I do. Is lower voltage going to affect performance?
Also I hope that they are compatible with my setup because I had a very difficult 6 months with bsods ( supposing that I have solved my problems)!

Don't worry about the voltage,all that means is they use less voltage then similar ram,so they can run cooler according to corsair, and you get to push a little more oc out of them, When I did my build I went for looks and performance,and these ram dims offered both.

Your welcome,if you want to make it better, I had a previous rig with a Republic of gamers board that was red and black,so it had 4 dim slots,2 red and 2 black, so I got 2 red corsair vengance dimms and two black, it matched the board perfectly,and looked epic, so you can buy 2 white at first,and see how it looks,then ither buy another 2,or get some blue ones

Anyway,when your done,post some pics of your rig in :"Show us your rig" under the section: "Overclocking and case mods" , we'd like to see how it looks.

Hello everyone.
So I bought my new rams 2x4 GB corsair vengeance lp white and when I set them at 1600mhz using the xmp option I get blue screens and sudden restarts.
In bios I leave everything at auto voltages etc and all processor related settings are at enable.
Any ideas?

Do you have enough power going to them? Set them to 1600 and let the motherboard auto select the voltage increase/decrease
