Problem with exFAT USB Flash Drive

Hi Everyone
I have recently encountered a problem when I first bought a USB Flash Drive 128 GB.
It's exFAT Format, Whenever I Add files to it, then re-plug it in, the files become corrupted, And i will not be able to open any.
I have tried to open the files but no luck :/,
I'm Using Windows 7 Home Edition and Dell Inspiron 1520 Intel Core 2 Duo, RAM
2.5 GB

Thank you.

exFat is not supported in Windows 7. Either you reformat or you donate the stick to someone who has and old OS. Try another formatting program.

What brand of flash drive do you have. Their has been reports of many counterfeit flash drives that just don't work.
