CD/DVD no write access

I hope this is the right forum, if not please move to correct place.

All right here is my problem: I installed Win 7 Ent on my test machine to test applications and found one problem. When i log in as regular user (no admin privileges) i don't have write access to the cd/dvd drive. Once i login as user with admin privileges, i can write to the cd/dvd all i want. I checked group policies gpedit.msc and my "CD and DVD: Deny read(write) acccess" are set to disable in both, Computer Configuration and User Configuration.

Anyone else experienced similar problem or know how i can fix it?

Thank you
