Hello, sorry if this is in the wrong forum,
I'm having a problem with my computer, normally i have no trouble fixing it, but this has stumped me, It's a laptop acer 5552.
Problem: First when i go to shut down, it hangs at "shutting down" so i have to force shut down by holding the power button, second, Ethernet won't work at all, have tried the cord on other computers/xbox 360, and worked fine, Also wifi won't connect, And when i go to the network adapter settings and right click on either and click disable it just hangs and i have to restart for it to show it's disabled or enabled, Now i have reformatted and things worked decent for a hour but then it went back to doing the same thing, I'm currently on linux and the Ethernet only works for a couple minutes just like windows but wifi has no problems at all.
So it makes me wonder if it's software or hardware, Any solutions?
Thanks for reading, and trying to help.
