Hello I want to buy new parts this week.
I'll sell my mb,cpu and ram for 90euros, and want to buy this:
Asus Motherboard, Intel CPU, and 2GB of RAM at 1333MHz.
If I sell my 250GB hdd, want to buy 4GB of ram memory.
As I read on the Internet, that Celeron is pretty good, and better than my E5400(ATM). I was also thinking to buy G580, it's not Celeron, and the price is just 9euros higher than 540.
What do you're think about this upgrade?

The G540 scores 2337.
The old processor (E5400) scores 1799.
So, the G540 is faster, but not much. I'm not sure how noticeable it would be.
Offhand, I'd probably save more money until I could afford a larger upgrade--maybe to an i-3 or i-5.
Can you restrain your itch to upgrade for a few more months? I realize that is difficult.
I was going to say the same thing that ignatzatsonic said. The CPU that you had put in your post had a launch date of third quarter 2011. It is already a year old. In electronics, a year is a long time. I would save up and get an i3 at least. The Solid State Disks are getting very cheap. They make all the difference in a PC. Check out the price on an i3, an ASUS P8 Z68 Motherboard possibly and a SSD. That can really make your PC fly.
When it comes to upgrading it all comes down to what you want yourself, even if you get amazing advice, you may get a special somewhere and rather buy that, but for what its worth, I'll definitely get ASUS for the motherboard, and as others have said wait, but wait for an i5.And if possable go for the 1600mhz memmory atleast, so the board will read it as 1333 at first boot,so you can still push it up to 1600 when ever you want or need to. And while your waiting,go for 4gig over 2gig, I know waiting on upgrading sucks,and we are talking about allot more money,but it will be worth it at the end.

I wanted to get this: Asus P8H67, it looks like very good mobo. It's 75euros, and I'll think that I'll get it. And for the cpu I'll stay for that "old" cpu, because I want to get a lap top nex month.
What do you think about the motherboard ?
I think that for the money it's pretty good motherboard. I see alslo 2xPCI Exp 16 slots, 4 DDR3 DIMM's(up to 32GB), USB 3.0,SATA3, and some pretty good stuff. I'll take it and not change it for another 4-5 years.
Just later wanna get new cpu/ram and graphics.
That sounds great, the motherboard is afterall the base of all you upgrades, so it needs to be solid. And aslong as you have a future plan on upgrading your all set, believe me,that plan changes every day,haha
You're right for the plan. Also I found this mobo for the same price.
MSI Global ? Mainboard - Z77A-G43
I think that this one is better mainly because have Z chipset, which as I know is better for oc'ing.
