Windows 7: computer wont load my iPhone

i plug my iPhone into my computer and nothing happens...doesnt come up in iTunes and nothing appears in My Computer, it works fine on my laptop but not my computer

Ive seriously tried everything they say to do on the Apple support site and nothing is working

ive checked device manager to see if anything appears when i plug it in and nothing.

Have you created a new user on your computer, and then tested to see if things work?

yea done that too, and still wont work

iOS: Device not recognized in iTunes for Windows

yes ive done all the steps and nothing, ive actually formatted my HDD and re installed everything and its still not working

Dumb question, but do other devices work on that USB port?

yeah they do, i can use my USB sticks in there fine

Try uninstalling iTunes and reinstalling it. Other than that, I'm out of ideas. Usually when an iProduct doesn't work on Windows, the only other fix is to reinstall Windows...which is why I'm not a big fan of iStuff.
