I cannot install my Brother MFC J615 printer
I have three computers running the same install of Windows 7 - 64 Bit - 4Gig of RAM - fully updated.
I am attempting to install the printer over the wired network. The printer is plugged into a switch.
I have installed it on 2 of the computers on the network without problem but on the third, it will not install correctly.
I can see the printer, the install program finds the printer but during the install process I am getting an 0x2 error. The install finishes and the printer is listed in Devices & Printers but I cannot print to it.
I have used Ccleaner on all machines prior to installing the printer so Brother Tech support says it's a problem with the registry and they cannot help... - Why on one machine and not the other two? They can't answer that one.
Any thoughts out there?
