then I am really confused. It won't let me rollback the driver. It wont let me do a system restore as it was disabled. I tried uninstalling the device and reinstalling it and it still comes up with the exclaimation mark. I try to go into regit (bad spelling) and it wont let me says its blocked. I really do not want to have to format and lose everything

We've been discussing the BIOS. If you are talking about the OS, you should have done a clean install once you got the system, to ensure nothing was left behind, that it was set up the way you wanted, and that no malware or other "spying" software was left on it.

this is the what it says under device status in the device manager
A driver(service) for this device has been disabled. An alternate driver may be providing this functionality (code 32)
