Solved How to move disk space from C driver to D driver?

Hello,
Unfortunately I chose to install Windows on the larger drive(I wanted to install it on the smaller partition).
Is there any software that can move disk space from one drive to the other(both drives are on the same physical hard drive).

You can use Disk Management to shrink the C: partition and extend the D: partition.

It doesn't let me shrink it as much as I want to.
