Well, I have had excellent parts from all of the following:

    NewEgg
    TigerDirect
    Fry's Electronics

& cheap parts from China on eBay (cables, MB add on cards, switches, enclosures, HD Docks, etc)

I used to buy from newegg, but they zapped me on a warranty problem with a motherboard. They claimed the CPU socket had bent pins and refused to honor the warranty (it was sent back at the motherboard vendor's direction because of a memory slot problem). Examining the motherboard that newegg sent back with a magnifying glass I could not find any bent pins. The motherboard vendor finally replaced it. If you do a search you will find several that have been zapped for the same thing.

Amazon has probably the best customer service in the world.
    I ordered a dozen cd's a few months back that we're mis priced, 70 cents to $2.00.
My total order was around $12 and they canceled 2 of the cd's, so I called up and said I really wanted those cd's at the price I ordered them for, and they couldn't change the price so they just gave me $20 in credit to order whatever I wanted.
