I used to buy from newegg, but they zapped me on a warranty problem with a motherboard. They claimed the CPU socket had bent pins and refused to honor the warranty (it was sent back at the motherboard vendor's direction because of a memory slot problem). Examining the motherboard that newegg sent back with a magnifying glass I could not find any bent pins. The motherboard vendor finally replaced it.
