Keyboard and mouse won't work on welcome screen

    When you had your new keyboard plugged in and rebooted Windows 7 picked up the new keyboard and installed the proper driver. Now install the proper drives for the other keyboard and mouse and do the same thing. Please follow the instruction that came with your USB wireless mouse and keyboard. Rebooting a computer does a lot of nice things. I didn't ever ask, what kind of wireless mouse and keyboard do you have?
