How do I abort this batch file?

How would I abort this test batch file I (accidentally) put in Computer Startup?
[C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Startup is a folder in the hard drive that runs all of its contents when any user on the computer logs in.]

Here is what the batch file's command(s) are (the command(s) are in black):
@echo off
echo Bye!
shutdown -s -f -t 00
*

*The -t 00 (as you may already know) means that there is no time to pull up cmd.exe and manually abort the shutdown.

Thank you.

Start Windows in Safe Mode so you can delete the bat file.
Use Option One in this tutorial for starting Windows in Safe Mode.
