Hissing in Realtek ALC662 Audio

I just got a new computer and it has a realtek alc662 audio card on the motherboard built in. When I use the computer you can hear an audible hiss from the headphones and speakers when you move the mouse or when the hard drive spins up. I believe its some kind of interference but I can't figure out this problem.
