Which one should be the fastest?
I think I know the answer, but want some second opinions.

Newegg.com - SAMSUNG 830 Series MZ-7PC128B/WW 2.5" 128GB SATA III MLC Internal Solid State Drive (SSD)
Newegg.com - OCZ Vertex 4 VTX4-25SAT3-128G 2.5" 128GB SATA III MLC Internal Solid State Drive (SSD)

Windows 7 Home Premium 32-Bit - Build 7600 SP1

Either one you install will make your PC run so much faster that you the difference between the two will be negligible.

What about the increased IOPS on the Vertex, does it make a difference?

Only in benchmarks.

Real life you will never notice the difference.

I'm partial to the Samsung.

OCZ has had F/W problems in the past though this may not be a problem on the Vertex 4.
It did make me leery to get one.

So I guess it comes down to your personal preference.

I haven't used Internet Explorer since like version 3.0 about, and it's always seemed like it runs much slower and less good features than Mozilla Firefox or even Chrome which I dislike. Right now I'm using Seamonkey which seems to run pretty well and has nifty add-ons and a nice download manager,...
