Signs of a Failing SSD Drive?

So i bought an OCZ Agility 60Gb SSD drive because it was onsale cheap,,, After i bought it i read tons of reviews about it failing or having issues right from the start,, Mine has worked flawlessly so far however its only been a little over a month or two since i got it.
Just yesterday i started having issues where on boot up it freezes just before or right after it finds the SSD drive.
Something locked up yesterday and i had no choice but to do a hard power off, Right after that one of my other drives was showing as dirty. I scanned it and had windows fix any issues with it and everything seemed fine for about 5hours or so till my system again froze then would not boot because it was not finding the SSD drive.
I took the side off my case and checked that the sata connections were good then started back up and everything was fine again for maybe another hour.
Then my IE froze and my desktop went solid white and i got some kind of security error when i hit Ctrl + Alt + Del that told me to either use the esc key or to use the power button to shut down,,, esc did nothing but the power button killed it QUICK!
This time i took the side off my case again and eliminated all but the SSD drive and have been fine now for about another 3-4 hrs.
So anyhow what im wondering is if there is a SSD drive utility that will scan my drive and check it for issues?
I have read not to use defragmenter on my SSD drive and i never have but what about windows chkdsk or maybe Tune up utillities drive check?
I just want to verify there are no issues with the SSD drive before i re-connect my other drives and test them.

try ssd life pro and see what that reports, it also will check the smart stats.

The symptons you explained tho do point to your ssd having a problem. OCZ dont seem to have a great rep for reliability.
