USB 3.0 not working, not detected under device manager
I was using Ubuntu on my computer but decided I wanted to go back to Windows 7. After I reinstalled Windows 7, my USB 3.0 ports stopped working. I downloaded the appropriate drivers but that didn't do anything. Also, nothing shows up in my Device Manager for the USB ports. I just have the PC icon with an exclamation point. I've tried running the troubleshooting by clicking on the icon, but that didn't work. I greatly appreciate any help.
