Better.......run the AS SSD and ATTO benchmarks like you did before and post the results please.
I'm having trouble downloading the program - won't run.

I'll keep trying - do you have a link?

    Clean zipped AS-SSD in English.

Click to download. Then right click then click extract.
    Hope that helps.

That is as much as the Samsung will ever be able to do....I don't know why your other scores aren't as stable.

Run the Samsung OS and Performance Optimization please....also, see what it says about a firmware update, something is funny with the firmware it says you have on it.

Then you recommend I keep the drive?

Do you mean my current scores or the ones from yesterday?

Sorry, I missed that - will run Performance optimization now.

It says firmware is only for Windows 8.

I am talking about the ones today from AS SSD, they should be better if everything is working right, which according to ATTO, it is. It is interesting that it shows you are running a different firmware than you were yesterday, as I am not aware of any firmware other than what 99% of us are running....

Here is a test I just ran with the firmware noted.

Ok, I just looked on Samsung's website and it looks like the firmware listed on your AS SSD snippet is the same as mine, I've just never seen that particular output. Another factor is what SATA controller driver you are running...msahci in the AS SSD results. If I am not mistaken, that is the generic Microsoft AHCI controller. Some people have better luck going to the Intel AHCI controller....iaStor on my AS SSD results.
