BIOS not recognising UEFI boot option on Windows 7 Disc

Hey Guys

I have a bit of a problem I have an ASUS P8Z68-V LX Mobo and it is UEFI. Now I wan't to install Windows 7 X64 Ultimate using GPT Partition and UEFI mode but it isn't showing. I have enabled all the relevant options and syill nothing. If I look under the folders on the disc, I see EFI. Which is the EFI boot folder, however, if I insert my VMware ESXi Server DVD, it picks up UEFI as a boot option from my DVD Writer. Why isn't it picking up the Windows 7 DVD UEFI option? Thanks.
