I have a HP laserjet 1522 and just recently upgraded from a Elitebook 2730p to a 2760p with Windows 7 Pro. I am having fits installing my MFPrinter, and I'm not sure why...HP has a Windows 7
driver that is supposed to work, however the install is failing, 1/3 times. I've went in and manually added the print
drivers, and still and I managed to get the printer and fax working, but I still cannot scan. It scan see my scanner, knows that it's there, but neither the HP or Windows 7 scanning software will work. They just give me errors while attempting to process the scan. Any ideas? I've got about 200 users that this issue is affected.
