computer won't sleep

Hi it's about 2 weeks that my computer won't go to sleep or wakes within a min or 2 if I put it to sleep manually.
Also my usb wireless keyboard used to wake my pc when shutdown now it doesn't.
System ASRock extreme 3

For the wake problem I did try powercfg -requests and it tells me that filesystem\srvnet an active remote client has recently sent requests to this machine.
Tried doing a "powercfg -requestsoverride driver \FileSystem\srvnet system"
I had BIOS 1.2 and tried to update to 1.6
Did a load defaults.
unplugged power supply and did a clear cmos from jumper cable.
I did a pc full restore to the month of june in case it was some setting that I forgot I changed and that didn't help(and I know it was working then)
In device manager I did a check driver for the network card and windows said it was ok. But still upgraded with a newer one from Realtech website.
I unplugged every USB device, network cable and secondary hard disk from PC.

So since I restored to an old windows(which I know worked) and unplugged everything including network cable. I am starting to think that it is a defective BIOS or motherboard.
What do you think? any thing else I can try???

Did you check that your request override command worked?
Enter this command to see if the override is listed
powercfg -requestsoverride

If you don't see an override for srvnet, try this command (without the \FileSystem\)
powercfg -requestsoverride DRIVER srvnet system
