Precisely.

I say format.

And when you do format, choose NTFS. Do not choose FAT, FAT32, exFAT or anything with FAT in it.

Well it cant be fixed caus it will always stop bein read after 1 min so i sopose

but will choosing NTFS stop this in the future?

depends upon whether the stick is defective and how defective.

One last option to consider, and it depends on the value of the data on the USB drive. SANDISK does a paid USB recovery tool. You can run the trial to see if it can read the data. If it can, you can make a decision on whether its worth it to purchase or not:
