Coolmaster 500W GX Lite PSU or XFX 450W Core Edition Pro PSU
Which one of these PSUs should i get, i know the XFX is good quality but i would like a bit more headroom for future upgrades so should i choose the GX

Do you have any evidence the Coolermaster has more headrooom?
It's made by Seventeam, not high on my list.

The only advice that comes to mind for me is, to up your wattage for your psu to at least a 750 watt. I would also consider a fully modular psu. This will ensure you will have enough power for future add ons and upgrades.

what about this one, i done the math (12v x 45a) and it gives out 540 watts on its double 12v lines

also i done the other ones and the it added to under 410 on XFX and under 450 on cooler master

i am one a budget so i was sujested the xfx by ignatzatsonic but as i have changed my build a need a bit more headroom

The GX you mentioned is a single rail psu, so why would you want a dual rail ocz one? If you dont want corsair, get the Coolermaster gx 650, its great value for money, but like bassfisher said, rather try to go for the 750.

i only need 400 - 430 watts to run my system so i was looking for a 500w psu, i dont want to spend much more than GX

OCZ is average at best. They don't make anything. They use PSU manufacturers like Channel Well, Impervio, and FSP.
Not on my list.
If you have some good but as yet unexplained reason to believe the XFX 450 does not have enough power, get a higher wattage unit from:
XFX
Seasonic
Antec, certain models
Corsair, certain models
You are hampered by your budget.
You are better off with the XFX 450 than a random 600 watt unit built by who knows who.
As with all your other posts, you are better off not worrying about this stuff until you are a month away from buying---which will be next year some time, according to you.
Why do you think you need 400 to 430 watts to run "your system"---whatever that may be?

i use the extreme power calculator and after including everything it always adds up to 400w to 430 w on different configurations
