USB Installs But Not Showing Up in Explorer/Finder

Hello!

I have plugged in my Seagate external hard drive to my computer, and while Windows says it has installed successfully, I can't seem to be able to access it as it doesn't appear in the Explorer/Finder.

I went to Computer Management and under Disk Management I do see the external hard drive. However, when I right click, the option "Change Drive Letter..." is grayed out. I downloaded Minitool Partition and I still cannot assign a letter to the external hard drive.

Help?

Thank you in advance!
