VGA,HDMI To USB Adapter/Converter? VGA/HDMI recorder?

Hours of googling and searching and all that stuff... and the only result I found is:
11 Years Factory Lowest Price Vga To Usb Adapter - Buy Vga To Usb Adapter,Rs232 To Vga Adapter,Cable Usb Male To Female Vga Product on Alibaba.com

But:
1) I would have to order a minimum of 1000 pieces (seriously, how the hell would I need 1k pieces of that, one is enough )
2) I can't seem to find anywhere info they provide a driver.

I am looking for any working and cheap (up to 50 euros) converter/adapter/cable being able to converd VGA or HDMI signal to USB or any recorder for VGA/USB.

Because of poor recording performance with FRAPS I want to use my second laptop to record the captured video, but I need to transmit it somehow from the VGA or HDMI port from my first laptop to the second laptop.

The only devices I found are from epiphan but they are really expensive (250 euros, seriously? they are a monopoly, they have no concurency )

I didn't find any other "usefull" results on:
"HDMI to USB" converter
"HDMI to USB" adapter
"HDMI to USB" cable
"VGA to USB" converter
"VGA to USB" adapter
"VGA to USB" cable
"HDMI to Ethernet" converter
"HDMI to Ethernet" adapter
"HDMI to Ethernet" cable
"VGA to Ethernet" converter
"VGA to Ethernet" adapter
"VGA to Ethernet" cable
Also wouldn't it be possible to use the HDMI out or VGA out on the other laptop as input? If yes how would I achieve this?

I know it is possible to convert VGA to S-VIDEO but the qualitty (resolution) is really low. Not really something you want to show off on youtube, are you?

Please help me, thanks in advance.

Both laptops are a Acer Aspire 5742G.
