From the motherboard specifications it looks as though it would be supported. 240 pin DDR2 800mhz ram. Max of 8gb supported on the motherboard and supports 2gb max sticks. Looks perfectly fine to me.

    Hmm maybe Ill buy it.

What about DualChannel memory ? will it support it if I decide to upgrade it further in the future ?

According to the link you provided about your motherboard, it does support dual channel.

The motherboard has 4 RAM slots.

To get the dual channel capability, you'd have to fill 2 or 4 of the slots with compatible RAM. If you used 1 stick or 3 sticks, it would not run in dual channel.

Dual channel matters, but not a lot.

"Dual channel" is a function of the motherboard rather than the RAM itself.
