Windows 7 can't use my webcam after reinstall

    Let's see, it worked on XP and Windows Seven, not on Windows 8 or Ubuntu. Yes?
    You reinstalled W7 and it doesn't work but you installed 64 bit instead of 32 bit.
    Have I got this all correct? Do you still have Ubuntu installed in dual boot?

    I didn't say it worked on Ubuntu, i just said i had ubuntu in parallel to Win7. No, i don't have it anymore and i didn't install an x32 OS because my system only sees 3.25 GB of RAM on x32. I prefer to not use the camera than not use 750 MB of ram.

    I just finished telling you that some of your RAM is apportioned to hardware and even showed you the chart to look and see! Did you see it? Hello?

    Oops, sorry. It's 4 AM here and i'm kinda tired, i missed a couple of posts. I'll try installing an x32 win7 some day when i find the time.
