Windows 7: Screen Appear Square Random Color and nvidia not responding

Brink and Guys i want ask , when i playing games , suddenly the screen appear random color square and the nvidia it's not responding , i try to play the game again after the nvidia it's recovered from the not responding and the games it's play normal again, the question i want ask, it's that mean my VGA already broken / damaged?

what should i do ?
