VIA VT6421 RAID Controller problem

hello, how are you?
im new here and i would like some help on my issue!
i recently bought a pci card VIA VT6421 RAID Controller just to add an extra drive in my pc, when i installed the hardware the windows found the apropriate drivers..i also installed the utillity from manufactured cd, from then all the time i got plenty of BSOD at start up and i saw in whocrashed this report :

On Tue 2/10/2012 12:50:55 μμ GMT your computer crashed
crash dump file: C:\Windows\Minidump\100212-31356-01.dmp
This was probably caused by the following module: vsmraid.sys (vsmraid+0xD6FD)
Bugcheck code: 0xD1 (0xFFFFF88002BFFFFC, 0xA, 0x1, 0xFFFFF880010B46FD)
file path: C:\Windows\system32\drivers\vsmraid.sys
product: VIA RAID driver
company: VIA Technologies Inc.,Ltd
description: VIA RAID DRIVER FOR AMD-X86-64
Bug check description: This indicates that a kernel-mode driver attempted to access pageable memory at a process IRQL that was too high.
This appears to be a typical software driver bug and is not likely to be caused by a hardware problem.
A third party driver was identified as the probable root cause of this system error. It is suggested you look for an update for the following driver: vsmraid.sys (VIA RAID DRIVER FOR AMD-X86-64, VIA Technologies Inc.,Ltd).
Google query: vsmraid.sys VIA Technologies Inc.,Ltd DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL

i uninstall all the drivers and started all over again, this time gone better no restarts until recently that i connected to the pci card an hdd hub at the e-sata port and wanted to play some music from the hdd.. then at random times the music was freezed along with the pc and come back almost instantly ''this continues to happen'' and also i had a crash at my display driver, i realise that this is propably some drivers issue but i dont know how to deal with it.
i also made the jumper settings to enable the esata port on the pci card i read also that the manufactures of the pci card dont give at the support page new drivers but updates only for the utillity..
is there any solution on this..? any help would be apreciated! thanks in advanced!!
