Windows 7: Upgrade Help

Hi Guys not sure if this is the right place for this thread, sorry if it is.

Current System Spec:
OS: Windows 7 Home Premium 32Bit CPU: AMD Phenom II x2 560 3.30GHz Motherboard: ASUS M4A88T-M Memory: G-Skillz 8GB DDR3 1333Mhz Ripjaws Memory Kit Graphics Card: PowerColor HD 6870 1GB Monitor(s) Displays: 2 X Acer G225HQVbd 21.5" @ 1920 x 1080 Screen Resolution: 1920 x 1080 Hard Drives: 1 x 60Gb OCZ Agility 3 1 x 1Tb wester Digital Green PSU: Coolermaster GX 650W Case: Coolermaster Centurion 5 II Cooling: Standard CPU + 2 Case Fans
I would like to upgrade my CPU and Mothoerboard. i am on a budget of around £150-170.

I have chosen the Processor

I have gone with the Intel i3 -2120 3.3ghz - Ebuyer

But am stuck on what motherboard to pick, would like to purchase from the same website if possible.

i can be flexible on the budget if you think i'd need to spen a bit more
