Removable disk have used space but it's empty?

I have a removable disk, after deleting files inside it still have used space.
There are no hidden files in it,i tried formatting it too but the used space only increased yet the disk is empty.

How to completely erase the data on the removable disk?

Disk - Clean and Clean All with Diskpart Command

Use the cleanall command on your USB drive.

Remember to select the correct disk # otherwise you will erase all the data on the wrong partition.

    Hope this helps,

Start > Type (without quotes) "diskmgmt.msc" > Hit Enter key

Are you logged in as a Administrative account?

Yes,I'm admin on my PC,and the only user.

After opening the CMD and typing diskpart > list disk ,it does not show the removable driver,it only shows the main driver (C) and the removable driver is "Online" in Disk Management.

What file system are you wanting to format the USB drive with?

Did you perform the diskpart tutorial from a Command Prompt at boot?
