| | Dell Latitude E6220 + Dell PR03x Docking Station USB issues I am trying to troubleshoot a Dell Latitude E6220 laptop using a Dell PR03x docking station. The pc is running Windows 7 64 bit. The laptop works fine and all usb devices work fine. If I dock prior to power up all devices work via docking station as well. The problem occurs when I undock the computer for lets say a meeting and when I return and dock, while the monitor picks up fine, all usb devices (printer, keyboard, mouse) no longer work. If I shut down the pc and restart they'll work again until the pc is undocked. Any help with this matter would be great. Thanks. |
