Calibration Retry Count

My Calibration Retry Count is at 618. My hard drive is very audible also. Is that a sign of failure?

Calibration Retry Count
I ran HDTune and it shows a warning next to "Calibration Retry Count". Under the "Data" column, it's been 612 since yesterday. What does this mean for my hard drive? Also, I've use various other HDD testing programs and I get perfect results.
